Your mind won’t stop racing.
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’ll never be as thin as she is.”
“Everybody must hate me.”
“I don’t have enough money to start this new project.”
“I’m not smart enough.”
“People will think I’m ridiculous if I try this and fail.”
And on and on and on. For the rest of time.
I get it.
We all have these thoughts occasionally. But if you’re not careful, they can begin to take over your life.
