I’ve definitely been guilty of this, though mostly in my head (and I actually wrote a blog post a couple months ago focusing on all the positive things about myself to combat it). I think the two things I am hardest on myself about are not keeping my house neat enough, and not doing everything I am “supposed” to do with my business. With the latter, I finally came to the realization that I am not going to be able to do it all, and to prioritize. Depending on the week, day, month, those priorities change, and I’ve become to feel so much more confident about where I’m at with my business as a result.
