Are You Trapped In An Unfulfilling Job With No Energy To Do The Things You Love?

Do you walk out of the office each evening feeling completely exhausted at the each of each day? Are you depressed because your boss keeps asking you to work overtime, and when you get home, you have no energy to make dinner, work on your passion project, or meet the girls for happy hour?

You’re probably wondering how you can make time to do everything you love while still working a full-time job.

Watch this video to learn my 4 tips for carving out time to do the thing you love, even when you’re completely exhausted:

Hi there Ashley! Thank you so much for this post! I’m trying to find a little time everyday for those things that I love. One step at a time. I’ve bought a creative online class with the theme “create everyday” and I’m begining to incorporate all the simple ideas for being more and more creative everyday. I began arriving earlier to my job and I manage to leave on time now. So things are changing and getting better. I hope with time I can be even more productive.
Thank you so much for your advice, the one about knowing what is important really hit me, so I’m focusing on that everyday.

I would definitely say it would help me to know my non-negotiable’s and make a list of the things sucking time out of my day. Great tips, Ashley! :)
