how to create a gratitude manifesto

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the U.S., so obviously I’m in full-on gratitude mode.

I’m thankful for family and friends who get me. I’m thankful for my incredible boyfriend who supports my renegade ideas and is always on my team. I’m thankful for warm blankets and hot tea. I’m thankful for puppy cuddles, my iPhone, and twinkle lights. I’m thankful for my clients, my blog readers, and my support team. I’m thankful for you.

There’s something really special about expressing our gratitude, isn’t there?

There’s this magic that happens. As Brene Brown says, gratitude is the key to experiencing more joy in our lives. I don’t know about you, but I believe that to be 100% true.

And the cool thing is that opening up our lives to more joy will, by default, allow us to create our own versions of a super awesome life! I mean, do you know anyone who doesn’t want more joy in their life? Me neither.

To help walk you through the process of identifying what you’re thankful for and how that ties in with your big goals and ultimate dream life, I created a handy dandy worksheet for you.

You can download your Gratitude Manifesto here.

Once you’ve claimed your manifesto for yourself, spread the word!

I hope you have a fantastic Thanksgiving and a super awesome Thursday.

See ya next week (with a super exciting announcement)!

I’ve chanced upon your website after googling “how to find your passion”. Am in my 20s and just quit my full time (corporate) job in the hopes that I can find what really motivates me. What I’ve read so far is extremely insightful and encouraging. Thanks for the articles and am looking forward to reading more :)

Hi Jen,

Also a twenty something who recently left the disenchanted corporate world, let me implore you to work with Ashley. My energy, creativity and inner focus were all enhanced by Ashley’s talents and care for others.

Love this free manifesto! Couldn’t think of anything to add to it. Happy Thanksgiving!
