Today’s giveaway has the potential to completely change your life!

A spot in the 30-Day Sugar Detox from Nicole Antoinette!

Nicole describes her 30-Day Sugar Detox as, “a bullshit-free, beginner-friendly, real-talk, judgment-free, here’s-everything-you-need-to-know-to-get-control-of-your-sugar-habits program, created by a recovering sugar addict (me!) for anyone who wants to eat less sugar (you!) without starving, crying, giving up everything you love, or having to stay home being a lonely loner because everyone you know is out eating dessert for a friend’s birthday and you’re afraid to join them because it might ‘ruin your diet.’

More than anything, this program will give you simple, actionable, and realistic tools for reducing or eliminating the sugar in your diet – so that you can get back to other things. Like making out with your crush. And planning your trip to Italy. And learning how to play guitar. And all the rest of the little things called your life.”

I have been trying for so long to reduce my sugar intake but I keep getting hooked again. This is the jump start and support I’ve been looking for!

Diabetes runs rapid in my family and having an 18 month old has really opened my eyes about getting myself healthy to not only benefit me but to set a better example for my son.

I know for a fact that I am addicted to sugar and this sounds right up my alley. Thanks for the opportunity!

Oh my gosh! Sugar is the single downfall of my healthy eating and weight loss. If you exclude the afternoon chocolate and evening dessert and cookies I’m fuelling my body in the best ways. Recently the busy-ness of life transitions has my exercise out the window and stress eating. When I’m out the other side I will desperately need to drop the sugar and cleanse! (& I tweet tweeted too).

I am completely frigging addicted and would love to figure out how to quit. Plus I love Nicole’s style. I’m doing her running program already!

I would love to win this. All my life, I have watched my mom fight the battle with weight. She had weight lose surgery about four years ago, and, to me, doesn’t seem any happier than before. I don’t want that to be me. I don’t want my future children to see me like I saw my mom, overweight and unhappy, trying anything to fix it.

I want to join because I recognize that sugar is a slippery slope for me and each time i’ve left it behind it has come back in. I need new tools to keep it at bay!
