Seems these courses are for young women who still have health and energy, not having suffered major life setbacks. What about the over forty crowd with chronic pain and disability? Those who are beat up and exhausted?

I’m a 74 year old single lady now the granny nanny living and caring for my 3 youngest grandchildren, as the mother is a 45 yr old teacher, singled mother with a dead beat x. I have owned several different types of business over my years. I have had many health issues and now I seem to have lost my desire to do anything. I want my passion for life and business back. HOW do I get my ” get up and go back and turn my been their and gone it around”.. thanks
