… remember that everyone is on their own journey and it’s okay if that isn’t my journey.

… (gently) force myself out of bed and go for a run. I know I’ll feel better afterwards.

… sleep an extra 30 minutes because I know the day will go so much smoother if I do.

… be still and listen.

… let myself eat peanut butter Oreos for breakfast.

… be kinder.

… be more forgiving.

… dance longer.

… understand if you don’t agree with me.

… let the hurtful words go.

… chase my dream, not yours.

… be more vulnerable.

… laugh louder.

… dig deeper.

… be bolder.

… love harder.

Yes yes yes to #1. Sometimes it can be tough to remember that everyone takes their own path in life and it’s ok that mine is different.

I love #1. Another thing I need to do more of is believe in myself and own the Big Dreams. Lovely reminder!

Such great little reminders. Important things that we seem to forget about because we’re too hard on ourselves sometimes.
