What goals did you set for 2014?

Did you want to finally quit your soul-sucking job? Did you wanna start a business? Learn to knit? Run a half-marathon?

Did you want to write that novel? Lose those last 10 pounds? Or finish yoga teacher training?

If you’re like most of my clients, those goals aren’t really going as planned.

You still dread Monday mornings because you know it means another week stuck in the cubicle. You’ve missed a couple blog posts. You’ve skipped the gym a few times. You actually never got past the first chapter of that book you promised you were going to write this year.

You’re super discouraged and frustrated with yourself.

You’re thinking, “Why does this happen every year? I have such good intentions, but then I always drop the ball! What the heck is wrong with me that I can’t keep up with my goals? Why does everyone else seem to have it together?”

You really want 2014 to be THE year for you.

I get it.

I’ve got big plans for this year too: begin yoga teacher training, launch a new program for Your Super Awesome Life, start training for my second marathon, and a lot more.

So, to get us all back on track and super inspired, I’ve compiled a list of goal-setting (and achieving) resources featuring the best of the best.

Let’s dig in!
