Well, you’re not alone. We all go through these emotional storms where we question everything and feel our doubts growing stronger and stronger.
If you’ve been so wrapped up in fighting your inner critic, meeting deadlines, and staying on track with your to do list that you’re considering throwing in the towel, remind yourself of what exactly inspired you to get started in the first place. Because really, getting super clear on your “why” is the not-so-secret key to success in anything you do.
And once you’ve got that handled, if you want to make sure you stay consistently engaged with your goal, you need to carve out time for yourself to recharge which I’ll explain in more detail in today’s video.
